Roundtable presentations provide an opportunity for conference attendees to get together in an informal setting and examine issues related to clinical research nursing. They allow for extended discussion among a small group. Roundtables are excellent venues for giving and receiving targeted feedback, engaging in in-depth discussions, and meeting colleagues with similar interests.

You are invited to submit your roundtable topics for the 12th Annual IACRN Conference

Please consider the following as you prepare your submission:

The conference roundtable session will be 60 minutes in length.  Each roundtable discussion will be 30 minutes in length and will be repeated once during the roundtable session to allow attendees to attend 2 presentations during the session. Several roundtable discussions will take place at the same time.

An individual round table presentation will consist of 5 to 10-minute oral by the facilitator/presenter followed by discussion with attendees seated around the table. There will be one presenter for an individual roundtable presentation.

Submission Requirements:

• Complete Bio/Disclosure Form. 
• Complete Roundtable Submission Form. 
• Submit Your Documents: Complete and return BOTH forms (bio/disclosure and roundtable submission form) by email tricia@iacrn.org by February 28, 2020 - 5:00 PM EST (Note: an abstract is not required)
