Participate in Research on CRN Nursing Shortages

Support the CRN specialty and contribute to the data for what is known about nursing shortages and among CRNs! 'Clinical Research' has been added to the list of nursing specialties in an online Qualtrics survey study exploring nursing shortages. The purpose of the research is to explore perceptions on current nursing shortages and identify ways to increase staff retention based on collected data. More specifically, this study will hopefully provide information that will identify what factors prompt nurses to leave their jobs and determine what factors and retention strategies will increase retention rates. The survey takes 8-10 minutes and completion of the survey represents your consent to participate. This study is being conducted by Trey Wineglass, a student at the School of Business Administration - Healthcare Management at Winthrop University, Rock Hill, South Carolina.
