3. Watch for T-Shirt Winner Announcement by August 29, 2022.
4. See complete contest rules below, but you must be an IACRN member, submit original work only, no politics/religion/trademarked or company logos
5. Winners will receive a free annual membership coverage for 1 year and bragging rights for the only international clinical research nursing organization in the world!
6. Watch for your IACRN T-shirt to be worn globally by IACRN members. Free T-Shirts to in-person conference attendees!

Rules

• Design will be for back of t-shirt only
• Do not include any dates
• Submit via email: design must be submitted in high-resolution as a .JPG or .PNG file
• Entrants must be IACRN member(s) (it can be a collaborative effort)
• Must be original art work and/or have licensing or permissions to use any included elements
• Must not contain design elements that are:
• Offensive/degrading/negative language
• Political
• Religious
• Divisive
• Trademarked
• Logos of other institutions/companies/organizations
• Copyrighted (without permission to use)

The judged have the right to adjust or alter the winning entry. The winning artist grants to the IACRN the exclusive right to the design, including any modifications, to be used on promotional/marketing and other IACRN materials. The artist shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the IACRN from and against any and all suits, actions, claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of any violations of third party rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property infringement, misappropriation, dilution or violation) in connection with the IACRN's use, distribution, publishing, sale, or exploitation of the design. No submissions will be returned. 

The BOD will review submissions and select the top designs and the final design will be sent out to the membership to vote on the final design. Designs will be judged on the following criteria:

• Originality
• Visibility: Is it eye-catching and visible from a distance?
• Does it coincide with the IACRN's mission?
• Feasibility: Must be reproducible

Winning design will receive FREE one-year membership to IACRN. Winning submitter will be invited to join the IACRN Membership, Marketing, and Communications Committee. Use your creative ideas for leadership and networking opportunities, mentoring, and professional development.
