Hi Madelene, I posted 2 weblinks above that touch on the concept of clinical ladder. I think while developing those, you have to look at the various levels too of non-nurses who are coordinating clinical research and differentiate those ladders. I'd be careful about requiring BSN for some nurse levels, but include years and demonstrated scholarly and leadership experience as well.
