Hi all-

We did away with including vital sign parameters in our order sets because they were not dictated by the protocols directly. We're finding, though, that sometimes abnormal vitals or trends in vitals are not reported to the MDs in a timely way. I'm wondering if any of you have standard parameters you use for your research participants and if you'd be willing to share.
